Based at teh TPC Sawgrass, in Jacksonville, FL, formed in the 60's as the association for touring professionals.

Best navigation bar I have seen. Great resources for golf businesses, industry information and studies, and reports all new golf courses under construction.

Yahoo Handicap Tracker
Yahoo does a good job with handicaps if you are not signed up at a course/club... but again, online submissions of scores is not allowed by the USGA -- but a good way to track on your own.
